Floyd is looking for a new home through no fault of his own. His owners working hours have changed and she feels that Floyd deserves to be with someone who could spend more time with him. Floyd is a GSD cross, he is quite big and gets on well with children in his current home but would need to be rehomed with older children only. Floyd is good at being left alone at home for a few hours and is not destructive.
He has never lived with another dog and has shown some reactivity towards other dogs when out on the walk. This could be worked on, but we feel he should be the only dog in his new home.
He has attended classes in the past, but could do with some loose lead walking training.
Floyd is walked on the lead only and his owner said that he doesn’t have reliable recall and comes back in his own time. This has not been tested, but potential new owner would need to put time in to his recall training.
