Free Guided Tours – First Sunday On Each Month *
We will continue to have our tours of the centre on the first Sunday of each month. More information HERE. Drop us an email to or ring 01896 849090 to book your place on a tour.

April 2nd – Plant a Tree Day.
On Sunday 2nd April 2017  at 10am we will be having a ‘plant a tree day’ at our dog exercise field which is around 10 acres in size.

July 7th – Scottish Borders Council’s family and dog fun day
Taking place from 11am-4pm at Wilton Lodge Park in Hawick we will have a stand at this event, the purpose of which is to educate and promote responsible dog ownership within the community and county.  There are a number of planned activities including a fun dog show, doggy dash, competitions, face-painting, a dog display team etc.
(Any money Scottish Borders Council raises from or during the event will be donated to local charities)

July (Date TBC) – Borders Pet Rescue Open Day 
We will again be having this fun event at our centre in Earlston. Come along and meet some of the animals we have in our care, speak to our staff and volunteers and find out more about the work we do and our plans for the future. There will be a selection of stalls including cake & candy, teas & coffees, hotdogs, tombola, pet accessories… There will be the chance to have your pets microchipped, there will be tours of the centre and our exercise area and of course our fun dog show to join in!
We may also be inviting people to have their own stalls so if you are interested in this, please get in touch!

The Big Borders Dog Walk will be taking place again this year with a different route in the local area. More details coming!
